Smart Protest is built by Licensed Texas Brokers, Property Tax Experts, and AI Engineers with decades of combined experience representing homeowners before county appraisal districts and the Appraisal Review Board.

How we’re different

We pull your property record from the county appraisal district and compare it with similar county-assessor records as well as comparable sales from the local MLS to build an AI-backed evidence packet. That packet is what we present on your behalf before the informal appraisal review and, if needed, the formal ARB hearing — the same packet we’d want in our own hearing.
